A little description of the role…
Are you passionate about writing content that provides value and also converts? Do you excel in translating complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content? We are seeking a Content Manager to lead our SEO content initiatives and be at the forefront of our marketing efforts.In this role, you will mastermind our SEO content strategy to align seamlessly with Solink’s core values and business objectives. Your mission will be to create powerful, lead-generating content that resonates deeply with our target industries and personas.
By integrating sophisticated SEO strategies and content marketing tactics, you will directly influence our pipeline and revenue growth.You are dynamic, impeccably organized, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. You're adept at juggling multiple projects and are driven by metrics to continuously refine content strategies based on measurable outcomes.If you’re ready to make a significant impact and lead our content initiatives to new heights, while crafting messages that resonate and convert, Solink wants you as our next Content Manager.
WHO YOU ARE:
You have 4+ years of proven experience as a Content Managerwith a significant impact on organic traffic and revenue growth through SEO strategies.
You have experience creating a variety of SEO-driven content, including blog posts, landing pages, ebooks, whitepapers, thought leadership articles and other content formats.
You have exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with a portfolio of diverse content types.
You have demonstrated the ability to strategize, create and execute a content roadmap, setting up processes for high-quality content production.
You have a track record of creating content that drives traffic and have proven you can turn traffic into high-quality leads through a well-oiled CRO strategy.
You are proficient in Content Marketing tools including CMS (Wordpress), SEO softwares (Ahrefs, ScreamingFrogs, etc.), Google Suite (GA4, Looker and GSC), as well as CRM (Hubspot).
You have a collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and other content writers.
You are highly organized and can manage changing priorities based on results and business needs.
You have a strong work ethic and a team player mentality
You are a creative thinker with advanced storytelling and copywriting skills.
You will be required to share examples of your writing portfolio as part of the interview process.
Nice to have:
Experience in a relevant industry - SaaS, Security
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop and manage comprehensive content strategies that align with Solink’s business objectives and SEO goals.
Produceandoversee engaging SEO-driven content including SEO landing pages, blog posts, case studies, white papers, ebooks and thought leadership articles that resonate with our different target audiences
Collaborate with the Content Writer to align on content goals and responsibilities.
Standardize and streamline content production processes to achieve predictable outcome and scalability.
Monitor and analyze content performance, optimizing strategies for improved lead generation and conversion rates.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales to understand audience personas, industry trends, customer pain points to inform content creation.
Demonstrate advanced editorial craftsmanship, storytelling and copywriting skills.
Step up as a team member and deliver under tight deadlines when necessary.
Ensure adherence to Solink brand guidelines, tone of voice and style consistency.
