They are detail-oriented, well-spoken, creative and has strong interpersonal skills that will allow them to build and maintain relationships with Fintel Connect partners, affiliates and clients.What You'll Get To Do:

  • Ensure high-quality traffic through campaign monitoring and screening of new affiliate partnerships
  • Apply web research techniques to find potential websites for strategic affiliate partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze statistics on a regular basis to report, maximize revenue, optimize campaigns and identify issues and opportunities
  • Engage and develop relationships with clients and partners
  • Demonstrate leadership with clients, and proactively manage client relationships
  • Meet with clients weekly and prepare meeting agendas and minutes to highlight activities, outstanding and upcoming tasks
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients and recommend strategies, set goals, and manage expectations for clients and affiliates to attain growth and increase sales/revenue
  • Prepare press releases, blogs, HTML mailers, newsletters, articles, etc.
  • Negotiate with new and current affiliates, as well as negotiate promotional deals for those partners

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to develop strategic partnerships
  • Ability to work under pressure in a results and goal oriented organization
  • Proven ability to multi-task and deliver exceptional results
  • Adaptable team player that is career-oriented and wanting to strengthen their skills
  • Effective written and spoken communication in English (knowledge of French is considered an asset)
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
  • Proven ability to read and interpret data in a digital marketing capacity
  • High attention-to-detail and strong writing and editing skills
  • Strong interest in digital communication and an understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • University degree in marketing, commerce, public relations or related fields
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordPress
  • Proficient with internet-based tools, Web 2.0 and social networking
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing an asset
