: Inside Sales Executive (1099 Commission Only)Remote/Location: Remote USAPart time/Full time - Flexible Contract Summary The Inside Sales Executive role is solely commission based sales. This role will be overseen and will be taking business direction from the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The Inside sales executive is responsible to work with and develop SMB customers by identifying their requirements, developing pricing and payment options and progressing opportunities to contract. Once contracts have been finalized with end users responsibilities include, providing customer support as required and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Contract Responsibilities1) Business Development

  • Identify target territory

  • Establish financial objectives in partnership with Tehama technologies

  • Identify SMB profile, including target personas, use cases and references

  • Agree to cadence of reviews to ensure Tehama alignment and effective support

2) Pipeline Management

  • Qualifies and establishes a pipeline of qualified potential clients through a variety of lead generation methodologies including, but not limited to:

o Researching potential clients through a variety of mediums, industry publications,general news media and the interneto Utilizing marketing collateral (whitepapers, case studies, webinars)o Organizing sales campaigns (conferences,vendor shows)o Actively prospecting in territoryo Learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends, changes, and movemento Quickly following up on leads and other marketing and sales related CTAs

  • Executes and measures targeted proactive sales campaigns and provides feedback on their effectiveness
  • Monitors, evaluates and makes recommendations with respect to lost sales opportunities to continually improve on Tehama’s sales results
  • Develops, implements, manages and provides support to lead generation campaigns targeting high interest client groups and generate reporting to measure success based on qualified leads
  • Leading pre- sale activities, including, but not limited to:

○ Leading introductory meetings with qualified prospects by positioning Tehama’s value proposition○ Proactive identification and communication of the prospect’s short term and long termstrategic objectives○ Coordinate with other team members for appropriate parts of the sales cycle○ Preparing responses to RFP/I’s issued by clients○ Working with the CRO to work in conjunction with Tehama’s Legal department by leading contract negotiations

  • Managing sales cycles through a milestone based sales process
  • Conducting technical needs analysis with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Driving online technical product demonstrations as required
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota and revenue targets
  • Accurately predicting and forecasting sales revenue on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

3) Enhancement of Tehama Tools and Processes

  • Collaboration in sales knowledge sharing and best practices, and puts forth suggestions, recommendations and proceeds with possible implementation of process improvements for lead generation campaigns
