- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ occupational performance and needs.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals and abilities.- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.- Educate staff and families on strategies to support student participation in daily activities.- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
