We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Product Designer to join our product design team. You’ll work on Everli’s web and app consumer applications, shopper platform, and internal admin tools. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and practical execution as we transform our brand and user experience. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be at the forefront of our product-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for multiple projects across various platforms
- Contribute to and help implement our new modern design language
- Create and maintain scalable design systems
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
- Mentor and guide a small team of designers while remaining hands-on in the design process
- Balance ideation with fast-paced development, knowing when to use existing components for quick results and when to engage in deeper exploration
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables
- Play a key role in shaping Everli’s product strategy and vision, directly shaping product roadmaps
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and sprints
- Continuously monitor industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, with a track record of leading design teams
- Expert proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processes
- Experience creating and implementing design systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch between platforms and projects efficiently, rapidly going from idea to design to code in production
- Proactive and energetic approach to work, with a willingness to take initiative
- Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a plus
- Excels at transforming ideas or strategic goals into fully-realized product concepts, bridging the gap between vision and execution without relying on extensive documentation or micromanagement.
