Requirements
What you should bring to the table:
- Experience delivering engaging presentations and having qualifying conversations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to provide high-level customer service
- Top-notch problem-solving ability
- Experience using a CRM - HubSpot preferred
- Previous experience in business to business services
- Previous experience in client IT services
- Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- High level of attention to detail
- Intermediate level of skill working with Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint
- Basic working knowledge of information technology
- Excellent relationship skills, communication skills, and self-management skills
- Valid driver’s license
