Responsibilities:
- Assist case manager with developing student Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
- Completes evaluations to assess speech needs and areas of growth
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff to meet the students' speech and/or language needs
- Observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans
- Facilitate staff and community training in the area of communication disorders
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Professional Educator License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois
- Previous experience in a K-12 setting (preferred)
