The property tax analyst should be organized, motivated, and be able to multitask. Candidates should work well with others, have a strong work ethic, able to communicate with co-workers and Clients by telephone, e-mail, and letter, and be professional in appearance and demeanor. Candidates should work well with little supervision.
This role is a hybrid positionDuties may include but are not limited to:
- Data entry, including but not limited to, entering property tax id, property tax amounts, delinquent taxes, and general property and client information
- Researching Legal descriptions
- Managing our database of electronic client files, including filing documents timely and accurately
- Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data
- Providing daily support to departmental personnel as needed
- Researching exceptions with different jurisdictions
- Understanding Commercial Real Estate
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree - Business degree preferred
- 2 years office experience
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Solid computer and keyboarding skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
