Full-timeDescriptionPosition Summary: Blends account coordination and project management by supporting strategic initiatives and daily marketing efforts to drive brand visibility and engagement, while gaining hands-on experience to elevate your career.  

Position Responsibilities: 


  • Act as a key player in driving client success, helping to manage the flow of work from start to finish and ensuring tasks align with overall campaign strategy. 
  • Project Planning: Collaborate on planning tasks to meet client needs, with a focus on tracking and updating project timelines, deliverables, and ensuring all team members stay on task. 
  • Contribute to developing creative briefs for project kickoff, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned and creatively inspired. 
  • Support budget management and client reporting while building skills in financial management basics alongside the account manager. 
  • Ensure all project documentation, assets, and files are meticulously organized, version-controlled, and easily accessible across our systems. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure creative assets meet deadlines and are delivered on time, supporting successful campaign launches. 
  • Actively participate in internal review processes, ensuring assets meet the highest standards and align with client objectives. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, project managers, and creatives, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

  • Foundational experience gained through early professional, academic, or related settings in marketing or at an agency, with a basic understanding of marketing principles."
  • Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing channels, including email, social media, blogs, and print, with an eagerness to dive into performance marketing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, paired with a passion for driving projects to completion.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and be self-directed.

Salary DescriptionSalary Range: $47,300 to $52,000
