Position Summary
Forcura is a dynamic high-growth SaaS technology company focused on driving efficiency and interoperability for healthcare organizations. We are seeking a Sales Enablement Business Development Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers and support the sales team by building sales content, sharing enablement best practices, and serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, product and client services departments. Our Sales Enablement Business Development Representatives manage both inbound and outbound lead activities while developing relationships with potential customers in several types of healthcare organizations including but not limited to physicians, home health, hospice, skilled nursing and health systems. We are looking for someone confident, self-motivated, and competitive who thrives on exceeding goals.
Candidates must display excellent phone, written and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of potential customers.Job Duties
- Solicit new business from prospective customers by identifying key purchasing decision makers and establishing contact through phone, email, and direct marketing campaigns
- Qualify active leads and convert prospects into customers
- Coordinate with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to ensure proper onboarding, ramp-up, and assignment of prospects
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of targeted business development campaigns
- Document calls and results to generate reports for management
- Arrange for meetings between prospective customers and representatives of various company functional areas
- Responsible for coordinating the relationship between sales and marketing teams, deploying sales campaigns, and enhancing marketing content for field sales use. Represent Forcura at various industry functions to develop additional business
- Work collaboratively across departments to optimize content and sales programs that allow us to engage more customers in the buyer's journey and achieve more effective results.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- 2-3 years of successful client service or sales experience
- Have or understand the “sales mentality” for what helps sales in the field
- Demonstrated experience confidently making cold calls to prospects
- Positive, professional attitude and approach
- Passion for excellence throughout the sales process
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Desire to advance within a fast-paced organization with continuous change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Some business travel anticipated
- Strong organization, interpersonal and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS and/or healthcare experience
