Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven and innovative Regional Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. This role will work closely with our Sales team to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns tailored to regional or state-specific needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the education sector and experience in multi-channel campaign execution that drives engagement and conversions among educators.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with regional sales goals and lead to increased platform adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify regional market trends and educator needs to tailor campaign messaging and tactics.
- Use research on trending topics, educational policies, and data insights to identify high-potential customer segments and marketing opportunities, guiding focused sales efforts in specific regions.
- Develop and deliver training for sales teams on state- and region-specific initiatives, equipping them with the knowledge to effectively position Otus and address localized needs.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, overseeing budgets, timelines, resources, and execution to ensure they meet deadlines, maximize ROI, and achieve KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance data to continuously optimize and report on results to stakeholders.
- Create compelling content and promotional materials specific to regional audiences, including emails, web content, and digital ads.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to leverage online channels effectively, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Organize and participate in regional events and webinars to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in K-12 education
- 1+ years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably in the education technology sector.
- Strong understanding of regional marketing strategies and educator engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
