We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team, servicing both an elementary school (K-5th) and a middle school (6th-8th) in East Peoria, IL. This role is vital in supporting our students' communication needs and fostering their academic and social success. Apply so we can discuss all the exciting details!Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language skills.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.- Provide direct therapy services to students in both the elementary and middle school settings.- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support students’ communication goals.- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.- Provide training and resources to staff and families on communication strategies and best practices.Qualifications:- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology-PEL License
