This state-of-the-art, 750k sq ft, greenfield plant is expected to be operational in late 2025 and will lay the foundation for fairlife's next phase of growth as the leading dairy nutrition provider.
While coupling the industry’s latest technologies and fairlife's operational excellence to build this world-class facility, fairlife plans to hire 250 new employees and bring in approximately 5 million lbs. of milk a day, with room to grow over the coming years.

urpose: This role has two phases. Start-Up Phase, and Steady State Phase.The role of the training specialist during the Start-Up Phase will be to learn the processes being used in the facility, and support the development, coordination, and roll-out of the training program during the Start-Up of the new facility. This role will be collaborating with vendors, managers, supervisors, subject matter experts (SME’s), and the training teams from other Fairlife facilities. NOTE: Travel will be required during this phase.The Steady State Phase will be to support employee’s training and development, and the progression of the site training program.
The training specialist will work closely with supervisors, certified trainers, and employees to support communication, quality of training, and proper documentation of training. This role will also work with each shift and department to determine gaps and coordinate necessary cross-training. The training specialist will work with the training team in Webster to maintain all training records, and support the needs of the departments, trainers and employees.

esponsibilities:
Start-Up Phase
- Learn the processes within the Processing, Packaging, and Warehousing areas that will be used in the production and distribution of milk.
- Collaborate with vendors, SME’s, and the Fairlife Training Team to develop the Webster sites overall training program.
- Collaborate with the LMS Training Specialist to learn the operations and functions of the Cornerstone LMS.
- Support the coordination, scheduling and delivery of the Webster sites training program during the commissioning and start-up phases.
Responsibilities: Steady State Phase
- The ability to flex schedule as needed to meet training needs across all shifts
- Support new hires and certified trainers through the new hire training process
- Coordinate new hire training with supervisors to meet the needs of the shift
- Coordinate and monitor new hire weekly observations, surveys and feedback with shift supervisors
- Work closely with certified trainers to conduct training performance evaluations and give feedback and coach for improved performance
- Track and communicate skill gaps for each department
- Track new hire work assignments and satisfaction for 60 days after onboarding is completed
- Work with LMS administrator to track and record all training activities and proficiencies for all departments and maintain accurate reporting and current training skills matrix
- Coordinates with site and shift leadership to ensure that training programs are delivered, and personnel are qualified to perform the operations for which they have been trained
- Work with SME’s to determine job specific training curriculum and transform technical information into supporting training materials (SOPs, instructional videos, and other training documents)
- Coordinate cross-training needs with supervisors and develop individual plans to execute and complete cross-training
- Conduct department training needs analysis
- Assess effectiveness of current training, identify gaps, and work with leadership and SME’s to solve training issues
- Support Coordination of all trainings internally and with third-party vendors
- Maintain a training calendar and communicate all training events with leadership and employees
- Assist in onboarding new hires
- Perform other duties as assigned
