Marketing Campaign Manager focuses on strategic growth through lead generation, database segmentation, and personalized, multi-channel campaign execution. This role will accelerate new & upsell business pipelines and streamline the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including partner, customer, and sales, to drive pipeline creation, revenue growth, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and manage the execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across target markets, with a focus on payroll.
- Create full-funnel programs using both inbound and outbound tactics to increase MQL volume in key verticals such as staffing, ERP, and other target markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, and Channel partners to align lead generation with revenue growth goals.
- Implement strategies to grow and engage the marketable database through targeted acquisition and nurturing tactics.
- Develop and manage segmented audience lists to ensure personalized and relevant content delivery, improving engagement and conversion rates.
- Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance key metrics like open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions from MQL to SQL.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies to maximize results across all channels.
- Identify high-return channels, untapped customer segments and new markets and build innovative campaigns to introduce clients to Greenshades' full suite of offerings and solutions.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging, personalized campaign materials tailored to audience segments and campaign objectives.
- Track, monitor, and report campaign performance using HubSpot or other tools.
- Use data-driven insights to continually refine and optimize lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with broader growth and pipeline goals.

- Continuously meeting or exceeding MQL targets, while improving MQL to SQL conversion rates by leveraging optimized messaging, personalization, and segmentation strategies.
- Growing the marketable database by acquiring new contacts and increasing engagement with personalized, effective efforts.
- Driving measurable contributions to revenue by aligning marketing efforts with pipeline and sales goals.
- Delivering creative, data-driven campaigns that introduce clients to Greenshades’ full product offerings and services.
- Using data-driven insights to iterate and improve campaigns for optimal performance across all channels and segments.
- Building strong relationships across teams and becoming a go-to resource for campaign strategy and execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, demand generation or similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and build pipelines.
- Experience using HubSpot, ideally, or other CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise messaging.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing principles, campaign development, marketing channels and marketing tools and techniques.
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out in the market.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, payroll, or ERP-related industries.
- Certifications in HubSpot or other CRMs and marketing platforms
- Experience working with partner ecosystems and channel marketing programs.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and best practices.
- Expertise in personalization and segmentation strategies for target markets.
- General knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
