For our headquarter in
Milan, we are looking for a Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department. You will play a critical role in shaping and nurturing the human capital of the Company by attracting, developing, and retaining top talents. Our rapidly growing and diverse international team (20 nationalities and counting) has offices located inĀ ItalyĀ (with headquarters in Milan & Verona).

What you will do


  • You will manage all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, talent management, compensation & benefits, HR administration and payroll, labor law and compliance;
  • You will partner with the Leadership Team to define the hiring strategy and manage its execution;
  • You will work with and coach people managers, providing guidance and support as needed, understand employee engagement, co-own survey rollouts and analysis, lead and manage action plans and key KPI's;
  • You will ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;
  • You will manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, supported by external legal consultancy services;
  • You will draft HR policies, as well as provide guidance and interpretation.

What you bring


  • You developed 7+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role;
  • You master talent acquisition and management principles, as well as labor law topics, HR administration and payroll processes;
  • You have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies;
  • You can influence and inspire others thanks to your strong leadership and communication skills;
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills;
  • You are fluent in Italian and English.
