They will support optimization of the end-to-end demand process and funnel Management while collecting and identifying insights for GTM optimization and providing ongoing demand strategy and executive counsel. Logility's next Director, GTM Operations will also be responsible for orchestrating strategy and providing executive counsel related to Logility's demand transformation approach along with the orchestrating, governance and optimization of Logility's perpetual demand engine. It is imperative for this role to partner with – and manage expectations of – key stakeholders, including marketing and sales leadership, commercial leadership, customer success leadership, and technology leadership while managing both our GTM operations and our demand marketing transformation.

- Passion for and experience with Supply Chain Management Software and/or B2B Enterprise Software marketing and GTM operations
- Experience driving B2B marketing/demand marketing transformation and change management
- Past experience with building/managing an end-to-end demand process for lead-to-pipeline optimization
- Direct experience with enterprise-grade marketing automation and CRM technology, such as Eloqua, HubSpot, and/or Marketo and SFDC, or Microsoft Dynamics (strongly preferred).
- Direct experience with GTM technology stack architecture and best-in-class reporting architecture, such as Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Experience building and leading teams in demand marketing operations and/or consulting environments
- Experience with identifying and building closed-loop demand marketing performance KPIs
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in a business, marketing or operations discipline preferred
- Ideal candidate is available to be on-site in Atlanta headquarters on a regular basis (3-4 days a week) with periodic work-from-home (1-2 days a week max)
- Expectation to be traveling up to 25% of time
