About the Position:
We seek motivated recent graduates to join our team as Freshers Developers within our e-commerce ecosystem. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in front-end and back-end development, platform integrations, and AI applications, preparing you for a career in Salesforce and e-commerce development.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop a solid understanding of Commerce platforms, focusing on Salesforce, and exploring its wide-ranging features and capabilities
- Participate in a structured 3-month training program focused on achieving key certifications and technical milestones to be later able to work actively on projects;
- Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end e-commerce development, enhancing your skills in front-end, back-end, and platform integrations
- Work with AI-driven projects to explore advanced e-commerce technology applications

- Develop Core Skills: Build expertise in Salesforce Commerce platforms, mastering essential functionalities

Required Qualifications:
- Basic Understanding of Web Technologies: Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs is a plus
- Willingness to Learn: Strong eagerness to adopt new technologies, tools, and methodologies
- Problem-Solving Attitude: Natural curiosity for finding solutions and improving processes
- Team-Oriented Mindset: Excellent communication skills and a readiness to collaborate with others in English (the team’s official language)
- Currently nearing graduation in IT or related fields, a recent graduate was seeking a first job.
Compensation:
- Salary is commensurate with experience based on department and role.
