If so, then we invite you to apply to AutoCamp Hospitality Group to join our adventure.The Enterprise Leisure / Transient Sales Manager for AutoCamp & Field Station will be a strategic and key member of the sales team. Through proactive sales efforts you will be responsible for growing transient revenues across the AutoCamp and Field Station portfolio of properties.

Securing, growing and nurturing relationships with FIT, Wholesale, Consortia, TMC’s (Travel Management Companies) and Corporate Travel Programs. Through proactive sales efforts including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, tradeshow and event attendance you will target opportunities to drive transient revenue with an emphasis on impacting week day, shoulder and off season time frames at all properties in the AutoCamp and Field Station collection. A successful Enterprise Leisure Sales Manager will be a self-starter with extensive experience in proactive sales and deep-rooted client relationships and knowledge of the leisure sales market within hospitality.

This position will be able to clearly articulate the AutoCamp value proposition to prospective accounts and will have a track record of closing business, meeting and exceeding goals. This position is remote and reports directly to the Corporate Director of Enterprise Sales.AutoCamp Hospitality Group has always been widely passionate about getting people outdoors together and helping them inspire a love for the environment. Our first brand, AutoCamp has revolutionized alternative lodging by blending the spirit of the American camping experience with the service and design of a boutique hotel. The success of AutoCamp inspired us to create our newest brand - Field Station - an inspiring and inclusive modern lodging and retail brand for the active outdoor community. Located in some of the most iconic outdoor destinations, Field Station makes it even easier for everyone to get outside more often. Please Note: Resumes submitted without a cover letter will be crumpled up and used as campfire kindling.RequirementsESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Perform targeted proactive solicitation of businesses and organizations to strategically grow overall transient revenues across the AutoCamp / Field Station collection.
  • Meet or exceed goals as established by sales leadership. Goals will be based on activity, account acquisition and revenue generation. 
  • Aggressively pursue new accounts/business on a regular basis by prospecting, conducting client visits and raising AutoCamp / Field Station collection of properties awareness through virtual and in person presentations.
  • Identify key accounts and build a strategic plan to expand business opportunities within those accounts. 
  • Promote awareness of AutoCamp and Field Station brands by networking as well as attending appropriate industry events 
  • Establish relationships and network with key accounts such as Costco, OmegaWorld Travel and more
  • Adhere to AutoCamp/Field Station processes and procedures 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years of hotel leisure / transient sales experience preferably high-end boutique or resort destinations
  • Multi-property group sales experience 
  • Relationships with and knowledge of companies, organizations and entities in the transient / leisure segment
  • Track record success within a fast paced and revenue focused sales department. 
  • A demonstrated ability to foster long term-sales relationships. 
  • Ability and desire to prospect and secure new business opportunities. 
  • Experience selling destination resorts and boutique/luxury markets is a plus. 
  • A proactive sales approach and a natural drive to succeed
  • Demonstrated ability and track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES

  • High School diploma or equivalent

THE RIGHT PERSON WILL...

  • Have a passion for hospitality and the great outdoors.
  • Be skilled in relationship management
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based applications; knowledge of Google Suite products preferred
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Effective sales presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Thoroughness and an attention to detail. 
  • Must be a MacGyver and able to find solutions when problems arise
  • Be able and willing to travel on regular basis.

Salary Description$75,000 - $80,000 / year, plus bonus potential
