Fusable is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales leadership, with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our business objectives. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

What you will do:


· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.· Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.· Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adjusting strategies as necessary.· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.· Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and competitive landscape to senior management.

What you need:


· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.· Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership roles with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.· Skills:o Exceptional leadership and team management skills.o Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends.o Excellent negotiation and closing skills.o Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.o Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $55,000/year - $65,000/year plus incentive.
