Sift is seeking a
Senior Product Designer to join our Product team and work with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering to build industry-leading tools to combat fraud at scale. In this role, you will support our Console and Workflows teams in creating solutions for both automated fraud prevention and tools for manual fraud review.
What you’ll do:
Build expertise in our UI and user behavior to shape product direction;
Design impactful experiences: develop flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for new features and experiments;
Collaborate on strategy and execution: partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to define long-term goals and prioritize short-term needs;
Deliver polished designs that raise the bar for Sift’s visual and interaction quality.
Engage in design feedback loops: share your work regularly through design reviews with team leaders and peers;
Collect user feedback (often in US time zones), run studies, and support design choices with data-driven insights;
Work proactively to secure feedback and approval from various internal and external stakeholders;
Collaborate with developers: partner closely on the implementation of design system components to ensure fidelity from design to deployment.
What would make you a strong fit:
6+ years of experience designing web or mobile applications, ideally in B2B SaaS environments;
Proficiency in customer research to inform design decisions, including the development of prototypes and conducting user studies;
Self-motivation and high energy, with the ability to proactively drive projects forward with minimal oversight;
Experience with Design Systems: skilled in using, contributing to, and maintaining them;
Confidence in bringing a strong, informed design perspective to the product team;
Adaptability to work with ambiguity and comfort in evolving, dynamic environments;
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills;
