How you’ll make an Impact
As the VP, Sales, you will play a key role in driving regional growth through new logo Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) sales and strategic acquisitions. You will manage the Solutions Consultants and Sales Development Representatives in their respective regions, ensuring they meet their goals for both new logo MRR and Non-MRR sales. You’ll work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to provide strong leadership, foster a positive office culture, and build strong relationships with clients and the community.
Summary of Location and Hours
- This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the Chicagoland area. Occasional travel may be required for customer appreciation events or client meetings as necessary.
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST
What you will be doing
- Meet or exceed budgeted annual targets for new logo Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) sales.
- Work closely with the CRO to support regional leadership initiatives, build strong relationships with clients and team members, shape regional strategies, and ensure effective communication across all levels.
- Drive a positive, performance-oriented culture within the region, fostering collaboration and motivation among team members.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions that align with strategic regional expansion goals.
- Actively participate in weekly leadership meetings (L10s) to provide insights and contribute to company-wide strategies and goals.
- Leverage sales tools like HubSpot, ConnectWise Manage, and ConnectWise Sell to track sales performance and generate accurate quotes that drive success.
- Work closely with Ntiva’s Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that generate inbound leads, boosting regional growth.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Solutions Consultants (SCs) and Account Managers (AMs), supporting their development and success.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience building and leading high-performance sales teams
- Understanding of the IT managed services market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, along with the ability to articulate a vision and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
Required language skills
- Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally
- Ability to write business correspondence and process procedures
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $120,000 and $130,000 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus if applicable, not all roles are subject to a bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Workspace Requirements and Remote Work Policy
Team members must establish a dedicated safe workspace that is free from distractions, hazards, and that is secure from unauthorized access. This includes following Ntiva’s IT User and Security Policies that include but are not limited to password-protecting all equipment, keeping confidential and proprietary documents secure, refraining from using public Wi-Fi, having adequate arrangements in place to avoid significant interruptions from caregiving responsibilities during work hours (except in emergency situations with manager approval).
Any remote work away from a team member’s normal expected dedicated safe workspace must be requested by team member, is subject to review by management, and must adhere to Ntiva policies and procedures.
