Role Description:
- First level helpdesk for assisting Analysts with Laptop hardware, OS, and software issues
- Help maintain local office IT infrastructure
- Imaging and provisioning laptops/workstations
- Users Provision/Deprovision
- Active Directory account creation
- NTFS File share permissions/Group Permission
Must Haves:
- Troubleshooting skills
- Windows 10 and Office 365 expertise
- Documentation
- JR networking (dhcp, static ip, gateway, physically plug things in)
Nice To Have:
- Cyber Security Knowledge
- Server 2012-2019
- Azure
- One touch Provisioning, conditional access, MFA, RDS, Networking, VLANS, FIREWALLS, VPNs, PKI/Certificates, *NIX experience, Nutanix, Sonicwall, Meraki
General Requirements:
- U.S. work authorization required. FT Partners will not sponsor applicants for work visas at application or in the future.
- Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered
