Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing, maintaining and managing strong banks relationships.
- Good communication skills.
- Implementing Strategies to address Banker’s needs.
- Keeping Banks informed about Portfolio performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross functional team for resolution of Bank Escalations.
- Should have analytical bent of mind and should be able to derive meaningful insights from the MIS for the field team to take necessary actions.
- Resolving Bank complaints quickly and efficiently.
Applying Criteria:
- Should have an overall experience of minimum 5+ yrs.
- Should have experience in handling escalations in Banking services.
- Should have the experience and ability to handle bank relationships.
- Minimum Graduation is required.
