Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (Spanish/English)


ACA Call Center


InspiriTec’s Philadelphia call center is looking for some great new Spanish speaking bilingual CSRs to join our team.

Please note that only bilingual agents are being considered at this time.


Here is what you need to know about the project:

  • Inbound calls to complete Healthcare applications online
  • Calls average between 45 to 60minutes 
  • Call center will operate 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

Here are the qualifications we are looking for in a CSR:

  • Ability to follow a written script
  • Ability to multitask – speak on the phone and enter information into computer
  • Good vocal tone and quality – a pleasant speaking voice and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to talk on the phone for extended periods of time
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to deal with frustrating situations without becoming easily overwhelmed 
  • Ability to type at least 20wpm accurately – there will be a typing test at the interview
  • Demonstrated proficiency using a computer and the internet – there will be a computer test at the interview

  •  Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak in both Spanish and English
