As a Divisional Sales Manager at Pro-Vigil, you will lead a high-performance sales team in a specified region, focusing on growth, customer engagement, and consistent achievement of sales goals. Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Deliver strategic leadership for Pro-Vigil’s customers and internal teams, exemplifying core values, solving challenges, and cultivating a culture of responsibility and accountability.
Achievement of Sales Goals: Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets for Pro-Vigil services across all customer segments within the region.
Value-Driven Selling: Model and mentor on value-based selling techniques, emphasizing solution-driven approaches to meet client needs.
Training and Development: Lead team training and participate in conferences to enhance selling and marketing skills across the team, ensuring ongoing development in line with Pro-Vigil standards.
Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate on the development and execution of sales strategies and business plans, aligning with corporate objectives to drive growth within the region.
Customer Engagement: Direct regional sales activities, managing customer interactions to maximize value delivery, foster loyalty, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Performance Management: Provide proactive coaching, mentoring, and development of sales team members, ensuring accountability and growth within their roles.
Forecasting and Reporting: Oversee regional forecasting and sales tracking, providing accurate and actionable data to support corporate planning and strategic decisions.
Market Insights: Analyze market and competitive trends to inform regional strategy and identify opportunities for growth, providing feedback to the executive team.
Collaboration with SVP, Sales: Partner with the SVP, Sales to align regional sales goals with Pro-Vigil’s overall growth strategy.

Proven track record in sales management, ideally within the security or service sales industry

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience with demonstrated success
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% within the region
Ability to operate effectively in a high-energy, remote environment, managing a mobile workforce
