You will provide a customer-centric experience through phone calls, texts, chats, and emails. - High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of call center customer service experience
- Ability to work at night and on the weekends
- Problem-solving ability; creative thinking
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Personable; positive attitude; fun to be around; collaborative spirit
- Results driven
- Ability to commute to the Alpharetta, GA office
