General Responsibilities
- The Production Worker is a reliable person who can be depended upon to be at work regularly and on time
- Following production guidelines and specifications
- Processing parts by deburring, sanding, cleaning, and hanging parts for painting process
- Loading and unloading CNC machines
- Packaging product for shipment
- Using material moving equipment to move product between CNC machines, welding bays and services bays.
- Assembling product.
- Notify production and quality personnel of any product or assembly defects
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read and interpret work instructions
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
- Must have basic Math skills and can accurately read/use a tape measure
- Must be able to successfully interface with a computer to access manufacturing shop floor control system
- Must be able to identify and operated basic hand tools and small power tools
- Must have a passion for doing a job well
- Able to work overtime as needed
- Must be a “self-motivated” team player
- Must be able to perform essential job requirements, as identified in the Functional Job Description for this position, including the ability to lift 50 pounds, work in variable temperature conditions, and stand for long periods of time.
