The Role: 


We’re on the hunt for a trailblazing Marketing Director to spearhead our UK operations. This isn’t your average marketing gig — it’s a chance to disrupt the status quo and drive explosive growth, first in our home market, the UK.You’ll need to be a seasoned pro in fast paced innovative environments, with a flair for influencer and cultural marketing that cuts through the noise. You’ll be experienced in the cultural scene in London understanding the latest trends and well connected with taste makers.

Responsibilities:


  • Craft Killer Strategies: Develop and deploy groundbreaking marketing strategies that resonate with a targeted group of evangelists and early adopters, creating a spotlight on our brand to drive adoption of our target consumers.
  • Cultural Maverick: Leverage cultural trends to create marketing campaigns that resonate on a deep, emotional level. Keep our brand at the heart of cultural conversations.
  • Breakthrough Creativity: Dream up and implement innovative marketing strategies that shatter the conventional mould. Your campaigns will be bold, unforgettable, and viral.
  • Influencer Domination: Design and execute standout influencer marketing campaigns. Build and nurture relationships with top-tier influencers to amplify our brand’s voice.
  • Iconic Brand Positioning: Develop compelling brand narratives that captivate our target audience and build on our positioning as being the anti-establishment choice for the young and creative.
  • Epic Campaigns: Lead the charge on multi-channel marketing blitzes—digital, social media, PR, experiential—you name it. Ensure every campaign is flawlessly executed and hits hard.
  • Dynamo: Build, inspire, and mentor a high-octane marketing team. Cultivate a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Forge alliances with key partners to amplify our brand reach and accelerate growth.
  • Market Intel: Stay ahead of the curve with sharp market analysis and trend spotting. Use these insights to uncover new opportunities and refine strategies.

Requirements:


  • Track record of cultural marketing and creating connections with taste makers in the London scene.
  • Experienced marketer with a heavy focus on growth-stage companies. You’ve mastered the art of influencer marketing to create brand awareness and traction.
  • You can see the big picture and know how to make it happen with creative and innovative strategies.
  • You can articulate a vision and get everyone on board, building and leveraging strong relationships.
  • Intimately familiar with cultural trends and how to harness them for marketing success.
  • Well-connected within the influencer and industry circles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
