Seeking a Management Analyst to support a program within the Washington Headquarters Service. This position is an integral part of service delivery on a Continuous Process Improvement, Business Process Reengineering, and Organizational Efficiencies (CPI-BPR) Services contract. In support of our client at the Pentagon, Mark Center, and other NCR facilities, the analyst is responsible for providing technical/functional support for SharePoint and Maximo.
This position reports to the Program Manager, and is located in Arlington, VA.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities for this position include:
- Managing SharePoint site collections, libraries, lists, and permissions.
- Create, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, including setting up user permissions and groups.
- Provide support and troubleshooting SharePoint issues.
- Conduct training session for end-users on SharePoint functionality.
- Gather requirements and work with developers on reporting in Cognos.
- Ability to conduct training sessions specific to Customers business process in Maximo.
- Experience working with users to troubleshoot Maximo issues, gather feedback, and work with developers to make continuous improvement for the Customers Business process.
- Provide management and analytical support.
- Interface with internal and external customers to ensure successful delivery of requirements.
- Stay abreast of current industry standards, trends, and innovations in order to apply the latest information analytics and reporting improvements.
- Advise on work methods, practices, and procedures.
- Perform analysis and evaluative research utilizing qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessing program development or execution and improving effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop presentations and reports.
- Analyze data and prepare draft analysis of data for customer review.
- Prepare illustration/graphics support that requires visual display/presentations/aids.
- Requirements:
- Must have demonstrated the ability to work independently or under only general direction.
- Good written and oral communication skills are required.
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
