Team Description
The Sr. Manager, GTM Enablement is a strategic leader responsible for guiding a high-impact team of program managers who drive success across Pendo’s global revenue organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to design and scale enablement programs aligned with Pendo’s go-to-market strategy and business goals. Focusing on onboarding, continuous development, and performance enablement, you’ll create an environment where GTM teams are equipped, motivated, and ready to excel.
Success in this role will require a clear vision, a collaborative and accountable culture, and a balance of strategic planning and hands-on support to drive measurable impact on Pendo’s revenue growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Enablement Strategy: Develop a scalable strategy that aligns with Pendo’s GTM goals and delivers measurable outcomes.
- Performance Enablement: Enhance GTM team performance through targeted skill development and quota ramp-up programs.
- Leadership Engagement: Support revenue managers’ growth via coaching frameworks and the Revenue Leadership Playbook.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use metrics to assess impact, drive improvements, and provide insights to GTM leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align enablement with Product Marketing, Product, and technical teams to meet GTM goals.
- Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing enablement team and foster growth-oriented collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years in GTM enablement, revenue ops, or sales enablement
- 2+ years leading enablement programs or teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking; proficient in CRM and enablement tech
- Expertise in onboarding and enablement best practices
- Possesses "GM" mindset to balance strategy and execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience with the Pendo Product
- Versed in MEDDICC sales methodology
- Experience working with Technical Teams
- Collaborative, influential team player with excellent communication skills

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.The expected salary range for this role to be performed in:Raleigh, NC - $105,000 - $131,000Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
