About The Role
We are seekinga vibrant individual tobolster our Commercial team to enhance customer experiences and drive platform success. The Commercial Research intern will collaborate closely with Commercial Managers in engaging suppliers and contributing toenhancing the desk’s capabilities in the fast-evolving carbon markets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand broader customer expectations to support development in commercial pipeline
- Assist in customer mapping journeys across CIX’s portfolio of commercial products and services
- Document customer needs and provide solutions to empower businesses to enhance their sustainability impact
- Assist with managing inbound leads which includes meeting support, on-boarding coordination, responding to general enquiries
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive engagement and trials on the platforms
- Help develop project’s marketing content & collateral with vendors
- Maintain customer engagement updates in tracker and in CRM post rollout
- Qualifying leads making sure the marketing campaigns are successful
Requirements
- Fast-learner, detail-oriented, an independent critical thinker and problem solver
- A team player and has good interpersonal skills and collaboration skills
- Commercial minded
- Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Has an adventurous spirit and a positive attitude towards learning about the carbon space
- Is interested in sustainability and keen to make an impact in tackling climate change
- Is a self-starter, able to work across the team and organization to get stuff done
- Able to commit a minimum duration of 6-months on a full-time basis
