Job Overview
:Reporting to the D2C (Direct to Consumer) Marketing Manager, the Campaign Manager is responsible for the strategy and day to day operations of all digital and traditional marketing programs for Safe-Guard’s direct to consumer clients in the U.S. and Canada. The Direct to Consumer department is small but growing, so this person must be a self-starter, inquisitive, loves a challenge and enjoys working with and serving others. The perfect candidate for this role is Martech savvy with a keen sense to detail.
This person will have experience in multiple areas such as campaign strategy, email design, data/audience segmentation, campaign execution and monitoring, and marketing performance analysis. Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is preferred. Knowledge in consumer marketing best practices for email, 1:1 social media, direct mail, and SMS are essential and a thorough understanding of buyer journeys and customer lifecycles. Experience in automotive, extended warranties, insurance, financial or similar industries is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Works with D2C marketing manager to develop and document client specific marketing strategies and build integrated media journeys in HubSpot to support those strategies and goals
- Responsible for client communication/management on marketing campaign strategies and requirements
- Executes the day-to-day operations of all marketing campaigns including the data segmentation, setup, testing, and deployment of multimedia marketing tactics for multiple brands
- Manages the marketing preference centers for each client (opt-in/opt-out lists)
- Sets-up and manages all email templates in HubSpot making sure they are CAN-SPAM, CASL(Canada Anti-Spam Legislation) compliant
- Builds all marketing assets (emails, social ads, etc.) to comply with client brand standards
- Identifies opportunities for optimization and recommends tactics to improve response and conversion rates throughout the customer buying lifecycle
- Collaborates with cross-functional D2C team on campaign concept, content requirements, customer journey development, and digital marketing tactics to ensure effective execution
- Works with D2C data analyst for campaign reporting and analytics needs
- Documents all marketing campaigns with detail on cadence, testing, audience segment information, and more
- Other duties, as dictated by departmental priorities

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or equivalent
- 3+ years of proficient experience working in HubSpot Marketing Hub (preferred) or other marketing automation solution
- 3+ years of working with customer data for segmentation, personalization and other marketing uses
- 5+ years proven experience developing and implementing email, direct mail, and social campaigns
- Direct to consumer (D2C or B2C) marketing experience preferred
- HTML and CSS experience for building and editing email templates
- Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud a plus
- SQL knowledge a plus for list segmentation
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and positive working attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Support team members by establishing effective interpersonal relationships, and cross functional partnering
