THE ROLE
The Junior Event Producer / Event Producer is responsible for creating heightened moments of in-person engagement with impact. This role manages all the elements that come together to create the live delivery aspect of our campaigns in relation to our client work. Key responsibilities of the role focus on:

The Junior Event Producer / Event Producer will work across all aspects of experiential delivery for our exciting portfolio of clients; to potentially include Nike, NFL and J.P. Morgan. An excellent multitasker and someone who can manage multiple projects; from large scale major campaigns to smaller bespoke experiential activations in a wide range of settings.The Junior Event Producer / Event Producer is responsible for live experience touch points of an activation and will ensure that OBE London provide a service for ‘in real life’ moments that are best in class and deliver to our client’s needs.On a day-to-day basis, the Junior Event Producer / Event Producer will work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues and the client in order to deliver high quality campaigns.

The job level will be offered based on the preferred candidate and their experience to date.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Event Producer role is varied, and you are responsible for:
EXPERIENTIAL DELIVERY
- Have a fresh thinking mindset and one that pushes boundaries

- Implement the executional plan in line with client requirements
- Ensure consistency of delivery across live experiences
- Understand your client needs and latest industry developments within the space
- Ensure the safe and successful delivery of your experiential work across all aspects including but not limited to:
- Licensing permits and consultation
- Venue Sourcing & Management
- Branding
- Customer / Event Experience
- Sporting Management
- Production & Logistics
- Show Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Staffing
- Health & Safety
- Monitor and track your workload against the Critical Path via Monday.com for which you must have (or can quickly build) an excellent working knowledge
- Work with stakeholders and suppliers and create and maintain great relationships
- Stay up to date with OBE London’s suite of event services, pricing model and competitive advantage
- Ownership, completion, and the full understanding of key event delivery documentation
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
- Able to negotiate and collaborate with key suppliers
- Monitoring and finance management on your areas of the live events budgets
- Manage effectively and efficiently allocated budget lines
- Creating operational budgets, where required that meet set financial targets
CROSS DEPARTMENT SUPPORT
- At times, all members of the OBE London team are required to support across other departmental work, even if this is not core to a specific individual’s role
- This can include:
- Account Management support
- Customer Engagement support
- Event Producers should strive to have a good working knowledge of each part of the company’s offer and how this relates to our client work
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Day to day management of your event delivery team
- Line management of key members of the team as required, up to the level of Junior Manager / Executive depending on your level and up to a maximum of 3 direct reports
- On the ground empowerment of your delivery team, making sure they are equipped and briefed to deliver to OBE London standards
- Create good working relationships with all teams
- Working collaboratively with the wider team as you each pull together your areas of delivery
- Providing timely and accurate quality reports to senior management
- Supporting senior managers where required
- Being an internal knowledge source around all things related to event production
- Working collaboratively with the client and being an extension of their team as required
ABOUT THE PERSON
As the Junior Event Producer / Event Producer you:
- Are passionate about brand and experiential delivery in the sport and entertainment space
- Have high level competence in event production
- Have a proven track record of managing experiences in a variety of settings
- Have a DNA of fresh thinking to create disruptive campaigns

PACKAGE
Contract:
Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Location:
Hybrid (Ability to attend Soho Works, 180 The Strand every Wednesday and at least one other day per week)
Salary: £30,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)Holiday: 25 days annual leave, Bank Holidays & time off in lieu for every weekend day worked
