The Role
As a member of our UX+UI Team, your contribution to the organization will be to leverage your background and experience to effectively support the UX+UI Strategy for all company websites from our Charlotte, NC headquarters.Responsibilities
- Working closely with Marketing on product launches including events, products and programs
- Responsible for ensuring Product Launch process on website is adhered to
- Assessing the usability of websites and making constructive suggestions for improvements while collaborating with internal teams
- Responsible for the success, failures and accuracy of our sites including product launches, site features, layouts, etc.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects effectively and efficiently
- Collaborating and communicating effectively with entire UX+UI & marketingteam
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Manage HTML based digital sales tool
Requirements
- Experience in a relevant UX+UI Role
- Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams all while maintaining a high quality of work
- Experience with a Content Management System (CMS)
- Fluent in responsive development
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment
- Resourceful, innovative, creative and flexible
- Organized, accurate and deadline-oriented
- Friendly personality and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues
- Strong communication skills
