POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Professional Services Principal Technical Consultant at Aprimo, you will be responsible for providing customers with expert support and services, helping them maximize the use of our platform through innovative and tailored solutions. This role demands a unique blend of development expertise and consulting skills to lead the design, development, and implementation of key features, integrations, and solutions for clients. You will collaborate with both customers and internal teams, ensuring the highest levels of professionalism and technical acumen.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Lead the design and development of customized solutions and key features using .NET and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate directly with clients to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical solutions that drive customer success.
- Demonstrate technical specialization in implementing integrations with iPaaS technologies such as Boomi or similar platforms.
- Provide technical leadership in developing scalable and efficient integrations with third-party systems.
- Apply experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments, influencing and managing stakeholder expectations across a global team.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for integrations, ensuring quick remediation of any issues.
- Act as a Level 3 support for complex problems that arise with integrations, working closely with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure alignment with Aprimo’s technology standards and best practices when working on customer solutions.
- Develop test plans and collaborate with testing teams to ensure all integrations meet the agreed-upon exit criteria.
- Provide technical expertise for business intelligence, productized integrations, and data migration projects, leveraging Aprimo’s platform technology.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, providing guidance and resolving technical questions to ensure ongoing value from the platform.

The Essentials
- Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a business environment with a focus on software implementation, development, and/or technical project management.
- Proficiency in .NET development, UI development, and integration technologies.
- Strong knowledge of database structures (SQL) and integration mechanisms (SOAP, REST, XML/XSLT, middleware).
- Familiarity with business process implementations using iPaaS solutions such as Boomi.
- Customer-facing experience, including leading customer requirements and design sessions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting
