Leaded FE Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description:

• Manage a group of assemblers working in shift to meet factory goals on Safety/Quality/Delivery and Efficiency in Front End BGA/Pre Assy area.
• Ensure production schedules and goals are met by coordinating material planning, resources planning and machine availability.
• Provide leadership, coaching and motivation to all the assemblers in your shift
• Plan and execute cross training programs to increase productivity and skill level of assemblers
• Perform periodic audits, maintain 5S and work on improvement projects (QCC, Kaizen)
• Conduct daily briefings on production status either to assemblers and management team
• Responsible for security of products and precious metal

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, those with supervisory manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
• Must be able to work in shift
• Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to balance multiple tasks at the same time and certain level of problem solving skills.
• Must be a team player as will be leading a large group of assemblers.
