Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to manage our law firm's social media platforms and create engaging content that reflects our strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and possess advanced video editing capabilities. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and maximizing engagement with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Social Media Management: Design, manage, and lead the growth of a comprehensive social media and digital communication strategy to reach and influence target audiences effectively.
Video Content Creation: Edit and finalize both short-form and long-form video content for various social media platforms and our website, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and style.
Content Distribution: Oversee the daily creation and distribution of content across all firm social media channels.
Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with firm leadership and various departments to advance firm priorities with consistent messaging aligned with our brand and culture.
Training and Support: Provide counsel to attorneys and staff on social media for business development and brand-building. Develop training materials, social media guidelines, and conduct individual and group training sessions.
Platform Administration: Serve as the administrator of the firm’s presence across core social media platforms, continually seeking to improve processes and functionality.
Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of social media developments, trends, emerging technologies, and communications best practices.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the firm’s social media engagement and other key metrics, comparing them to industry standards.
Media Relations Coordination: Coordinate daily with the media relations and communications team to ensure social media activities align with broader communications priorities.
Vendor Management: Play an integral role in reviewing and managing vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, PR/Communications, Marketing, Art, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital communications and social media, including strategic counsel to leadership and hands-on execution of social media strategies. Experience in a professional services or legal context is preferred.
Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of social media tools for monitoring, management, and analytics. Proficiency in integrating content from social channels across other digital platforms such as websites, podcasts, or webcasts. Strong video editing skills.
Professional Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Time Management: Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English and Turkish is required.
