Client Partnership Specialist (Account Executive)
TrendyMinds is seeking a motivated Client Partnership Specialist (CPS) to drive our new business efforts, supporting our mission to expand client relationships and agency growth. This role is pivotal in helping us secure net-new prospects and unlock organic growth from existing clients by managing and optimizing our new business process and tools.As a CPS, you’ll play a critical role in our agency's growth strategy, supporting the Client Partnership (CP) group with lead qualification, strategic analysis, and tailored engagement tactics.
You’ll maintain and update our CRM systems, ensuring high data integrity, and will analyze key insights to make strategic recommendations that drive meaningful client interactions. Your work will enable our agency to build stronger, more effective outreach approaches and refine new business methodologies.Responsibilities:
- New Business Enablement: Own the management of our new business workflow, ensuring we efficiently capture and engage prospective clients. Facilitate internal alignment on approach and recommend new tactics based on data insights.
- Lead Development: Proactively qualify leads in collaboration with Client Partners to identify high-value opportunities and create a strong fit with our creative solutions. Drive forward initiatives that expand our client base and generate interest in TrendyMinds' unique value.
- Repository Management: Own and continually enhance our repository of pitch decks, presentations, and sales assets to ensure our materials resonate with prospects and address their needs effectively. Leverage AI tools to customize these assets for different opportunities.
- Strategic Insights & Reporting: Produce regular, data-driven reports on prospect engagement and new business activity. Generate actionable insights to improve our targeting and outreach, presenting your findings to cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Collaboration & Influence: Partner with cross-functional teams across all nine studios and industry practices, helping align on new business strategies that showcase our expertise and relevance in the market.
- Process Innovation: Identify and propose process improvements within our new business operations to increase efficiency, support growth objectives, and deliver on the CPS group’s lead generation and conversion goals.
What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate is proactive, highly analytical, and driven by the opportunity to generate new business in a creative agency environment. You’ll have a strong affinity for marketing, advertising, and the latest technology, with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships. Prior experience with Salesforce is required.What you’ll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in sales support, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within corporate marketing, professional services, or an advertising agency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must play well with others.
- Salesforce experience and proficiency in maintaining accurate and organized records.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Adept at working in a collaborative yet remote team environment and coordinating efforts across different departments.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and persistent attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving strategies and market dynamics.
- A natural curiosity and interest in marketing and advertising.
