As the technical voice of the customer inside NXP, TIC actively brings feedback on technical items and supports requirements.
Activities / Expectations
Provide highly technical support to customer around the world designing with NXP Wireless devices via email, phone, etc.Improve customer satisfaction by following up on client complaintsCollaborate with other teams to improve our offering enhancing our Customer’s experienceWith this internship (you must be a student) you can grow your technical expertise on Solutions for Wireless products such as BLE, BT, ZigBee, Wi-Fi, NFC, in a time frame of 6 months.
