Position Overview:

As a Sales Consultant, you'll conduct in-home consultations, providing homeowners with personalized estimates, tailored sales solutions, and innovative design options for their flooring projects. Your ability to build rapport and create a superior homeowner experience is key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct in-home estimates and measurements.
  • Close sales effectively while collaborating with the Express Flooring team.
  • Utilize provided flooring samples to assist clients in their decision-making process.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in in-home or outside sales.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage your schedule and goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 55 lbs. and perform tasks such as climbing stairs.
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator's license.
