WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team. You will manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding preparations. Additionally, you will assist in organizing training sessions and development programs, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Evaluate and select candidates to go through the sourcing and screening process, especially for entry-level and mid-level positions.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding process for all new hires.
- Coordinate with various departments to prepare for new employee arrivals, including setting up workstations and providing necessary resources.
- Assist in developing and managing the company’s internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, program sessions and mentorship.
- Employee Development (20%)
- Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Track employee participation in development programs, manage feedback from participants, and update records of completed trainings.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of employee trainings and recommend feedback.
- Support the People Operations Manager in implementing leadership and skills development programs by coordinating resources and managing program communications.
- Strategic HR Support (10%)
- Maintain talent acquisition and employee development records, including candidate pipelines, training records, and feedback from development programs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, training attendance, and other relevant data to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment and development processes, providing feedback to the People Operations Manager.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in all aspects of the role.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or relevant experience in HR or People Operations
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
