We are seeking a
Collections Specialist to join our team at World Headquarters! This role involves managing overdue accounts and securing timely payments from WellSky’s clients. The position plays a vital role in maintaining positive cash flow and reducing bad debt risks for the organization.A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Contacting clients via phone and/or email to address overdue accounts
- Providing copies of invoices, statements, and ledgers as requested
- Collecting payment information from clients
- Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities, conversations, and payment commitments with clients
- Fact finding in order to surface, identify, and drive issues toward resolution
- Providing a superior level of service to all clients (internal and external)

Required Qualifications:
- GED/high school diploma
- 1 year of relevant work experience

- Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures
- Performing other responsibilities as assigned
