Collections Specialist

We are seeking a
Collections Specialist to join our team at World Headquarters! This role involves managing overdue accounts and securing timely payments from WellSky’s clients. The position plays a vital role in maintaining positive cash flow and reducing bad debt risks for the organization.A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:


  • Contacting clients via phone and/or email to address overdue accounts
  • Providing copies of invoices, statements, and ledgers as requested
  • Collecting payment information from clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities, conversations, and payment commitments with clients
  • Fact finding in order to surface, identify, and drive issues toward resolution
  • Providing a superior level of service to all clients (internal and external)

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:


  • GED/high school diploma
  • 1 year of relevant work experience

Additional job expectations applicable to this position include:

  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned
