    About the role


    As a member of the Customer Success (CS) team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the onboarding and initial adoption process of our enterprise customers at CoverForce. You will ensure that thousands of insurance agents and corporate customers can effectively leverage our tools to simplify quoting, comparing, and buying insurance policies.Your strong project management skills will be essential in driving customer adoption and ensuring seamless integration. By combining sales expertise with a customer-focused approach, you’ll lead training sessions that showcase product features and address any concerns, guiding agents through adoption.

    You’ll also collaborate with senior stakeholders (including C-Suite and Executives) at our customers to develop a customized onboarding plan for their insurance agents.Your ability to build relationships and communicate the value of our platform will empower agents to fully utilize our platform, enhancing their productivity and improving their service offerings to clients. Your role will be vital in ensuring agents recognize our solutions as indispensable to their operations, leading to increased satisfaction and long-term loyalty.     What you’ll do


    Project Management: 


    • Plan, execute, and oversee the full implementation of projects, with a focus on onboarding networks and wholesalers, driving adoption, and change management throughout the process.

    •  Develop project timelines, manage resources, and ensure milestones are met.

    •   Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

    •   Complete in-depth analysis to segment customers for continued outreach purposes.

    Customer Engagement:


    •   Build strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and objectives.

    •   Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote product adoption.

    •   Address client concerns and provide ongoing support during the implementation process.

    Sales Collaboration:


    •  Collaborate with the sales and Customer Success team members to develop strategies for enhancing customer value and maximizing penetration within the agency network and wholesaler channels.

    •  Prepare proposals and presentations that highlight product benefits and emphasize the importance of adopting our solutions to improve operational efficiency.

    •  Identify upselling opportunities based on client needs and product capabilities.

    Insurance Industry Expertise (Nice to Have):


    •  Leverage knowledge of the insurance sector to tailor solutions to specific client requirements.

    •  Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance implementation strategies.

    You’re an ideal fit if


    Must have:



    • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Proven sales experience with a track record of successful upsells and adoption.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

    Nice to have:



    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.

    • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).

    • Experience in the insurance industry is a big plus.

    CoverForce's HQ is in NYC but this is a remote role.


    Compensation



    • Base salary: $100,000 - $140,000 + variable compensation
