Hub Manager

Manage all aspects of the Net Lease Operations for the region with responsibilities in and oversight of Net Lease Inventory Management, On and Off Hire Management, Customer Relations, Full- Service Lease Execution and Vendor Management.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Establish and manage Service Level Agreements for order to cash (On-hire) process
  • Coordinate repositioning of New Build, and refurb inventory for Leases and standing inventory.
  • Support Inventory Coordinator in validating standing inventory levels.
  • Direct communication of leasing standards to vendors
  • Manage on-hire sign-off by customer upon pick-up
  • Coordinate On-hire inspection/survey ensuring equipment meets DCLI and contractual standards
  • Establish and manage Service Level Agreements for Off-hire process
  • Ensures that contract terms are met and results communicated both internally and externally.
  • Perform timely off-hire inspections in coordination with vendor to ensure accuracy
  • Manage and report rebill packets to customer
  • Manage customer disputes related to damage rebills
  • Proactive management of all Full Service Lease(FSL), ensuring required preventative maintenance inspections and customer needs are addressed
  • Establish FSL network and manage assigned vendors (mobile and depot locations)
  • Establish and execute FSL on-hire communications plan with customer to ensure processes are clear and expectations are defined
  • Ensure damage repairs not covered by the FSL are rebilled to the customer, if required
  • Join Area Sales Managers (ASM) on account maintenance visits with customers
  • In collaborate with ASM to be point of contact to ensure that all customer needs are addressed in a timely manner
  • Perform pre and post repair inspections for all off hire units to ensure vendors are identifying and addressing repairs appropriately
  • Manage all operational costs related to net lease prep to address variations to budget
  • Collaborate with local Pool Operations to maintain appropriate parts inventories required to service new and existing leases

Qualifications


  • Ability to travel locally and regionally up to 25%
  • College degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in transportation industry
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of marine and/or domestic chassis
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Previous customer service and/or vendor management experience a plus, but not required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Conscientious, dependable, self- starter, and highly organized
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Salary commensurate with experience - 95-115k
