Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Closer to join our recruitment team. In this senior role, you’ll engage directly with construction companies, offering them highly skilled part-time or temporary construction professionals tailored to their needs. These calls are warm calls, made to companies through employee or colleague referrals. Your goal is to build relationships with key decision-makers, discuss the benefits of our services, and address their staffing needs for upcoming or ongoing projects.This role offers a base salary with added commission for each successful pitch and meeting generated.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in warm, referral-based outreach to construction companies, focusing on their needs for part-time or temporary skilled professionals.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and site supervisors to gain insight into their project timelines and staffing requirements.
Present our services effectively, showcasing the value of our skilled, pre-vetted candidates for construction roles.
Document client interactions, gather key insights about project needs, and identify opportunities for follow-up.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless handover of clients and coordinate candidate placements.
Consistently achieve or exceed daily and weekly outreach goals, contributing to overall team success.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Targeted client outreach calls: 40-80 warm calls per day
Securing interest for staffing services: Engage a minimum of 10-15 clients daily
Successfully introduce 5-10 new candidates per week for available roles
Document all key client interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in a senior sales or account management role, ideally within recruitment or construction.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with senior decision-makers, present service benefits, and build trust with clients.
Organization and CRM Proficiency: Able to maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up steps in the company’s CRM system.
Construction Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction industry requirements, workforce needs, and terminology is preferred.
Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary + Commission for each placement made.
Company-Provided Resources: Training, CRM access, VoIP for calls, and additional tools as needed.
Contractor position for the first 6 months, with an option to transition to a full-time role.
