Pay Scale: $22 - $44.45/HR (Based on Experience, ASE Certifications, and/or Training)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with diagnostic testing and troubleshooting for both mechanical and electrical issues.
- Work alongside senior technicians on more complex repairs, including engine, transmission, and suspension work.
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance work are performed according to Stellantis brand standards and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to continue advancing technical skills and obtain higher Stellantis certifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Completed basic or introductory Stellantis technician certifications (or in process of completion) or ASE Certifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an automotive repair or maintenance setting required. Enthusiasm for learning and hands-on technical work is essential.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems (engine, transmission, suspension, electrical, brakes). Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and take direction from senior technicians.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and a willingness to learn and improve problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various conditions (indoors and outdoors, sometimes in noisy environments).
