PAYMENTS ENABLEMENT REP
The Payments Enablement Rep is responsible for integrating and supporting the merchant service program Fullbay Payments. Consultative in nature, this role is responsible for reviewing and interpreting the flow of money and transactions to determine how best to alleviate any issues that may arise and answer questions that pertain to the system. This role is further responsible for general customer interaction guiding customers through proper financial accounting practices. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for new customer’s Fullbay Payments Integration.
  • Responsible for calling new customers and completing Fullbay Payments’ applications.
  • Assist customers with gathering documents for boarding security verification.
  • Manage back-and-forth communication between merchant partners to complete Fullbay Payments’ boarding.
  • Responsible for connecting Fullbay to Fullbay Payments to ensure financial transactions transfer from Fullbay into the appropriate bank accounts safely and securely. 
  • Performs outbound calls to drive product adoption of Fullbay Payments.
  • Keeps all records of customer interactions through Salesforce, Cirrus Insight, and other internal software tools.
  • Escalates issues to the next level of Customer Success/Support Management when appropriate.
  • Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations.
  • Provides suggestions for improvement or new features based on customer feedback and works with our engineering team to implement them.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • May facilitate open communication between customers and the Fullbay Payments merchant service program provider.
  • May provide advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify cash flows and or missing funds from Fullbay merchant service transactions.
  • May also execute customer relationship management from the outreach program to increase use of merchant service. 
  • May also handle advanced technical questions escalated from the Tier 2 and Tier 3 support groups.

Minimum Education & Work Experience:Required:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related work experience (Preferred.)
  • One (1) to Two (2) years of work experience utilizing Merchant Service Software Preferred.
  • Experience using Quickbooks Online, Desktop, and Enterprise as a business/bookkeeping tool
  • Adequate knowledge of Excel and Google Suite.
  • General understanding of Vehicle Maintenance field.
  • Salesforce or other CRM software experience.
  • Work experience in more than one or all of the following key areas: general accounting, payroll, auditing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Should have basic accounting skills with advanced critical thinking to maintain customer financial integrity.
  • Must have knowledge of basic understanding of merchant service workflow and pricing.
  • Be passionate about teaching, learning, and leading customers to successful outcomes using Fullbay and merchant service systems.
  • Self-learner who is constantly improving their knowledge in Fullbay and merchant service systems.
  • Outstanding math, research and problem solving skills.
  • Know how to navigate multiple web applications simultaneously, and be proficient with online meeting software and web conferencing tools. 
  • Maintains focus with interruptions even in the most stressful of circumstances. 
  • Be able to juggle many technical and administrative tasks, all with a sense of urgency, simultaneously and accurately.
  • Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable - in short, own the role entirely, while being open to criticism, suggestions, and new ideas.

  • Frequently requires the use of hands and arms for reaching, as well as the ability to walk and communicate effectively through speaking and listening.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.   
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Type on a computer keyboard and look at a computer monitor, and operate a cell phone or a computer-based phone.
