If you are a self-starter with a solution-orientated mindset, you’ll find a home at Genesis.What You'll Be Doing - A SummaryThe HR Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating a seamless and positive employee experience, ensuring our processes are efficient, scalable and aligned with our company’s mission and values.
In this role you will work closely with key stakeholders across the company to implement HR policies and processes, drive employee engagement, manage employee benefits and get involved in a range of exciting projects aimed at transforming how our employees engage with the HR team.
What You'll Be Doing - A List
- Ensure smooth and efficient HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS and payroll data management.
- Partner with leaders to streamline HR processes, enhancing the employee experience and enabling scalability as the company grows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and automate People Operations workflows and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Keep pace with evolving local and global employment laws to ensure our HR policies, practices, and programs are compliant
- Work closely with People Partners to ensure efficiency in areas such as performance management and talent retention and be involved in data-driven initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes and issues.
- Maintain accurate employee data, produce HR metrics and analytics, and prepare reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and DEI.
- Assist with audits and other compliance-related activities as needed.
- Support the HR function with the salary review and bonus process
£35,000 - £40,000 a year
