What You’ll Do
- Ensure HR Operational Excellence: Oversee HR operations including Talent Acquisition, HR/Benefits, Training, Payroll, Office Management functions and ensure best practices across the organization. Your ability to manage a variety of tasks at once while maintaining precision will keep processes running smoothly. Be decisive. Lead with operational rigor.
- Elevate Leadership & Culture: Create and maintain a vibrant and positive workplace culture that fosters collaboration and innovation. What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of People Operations or Human Resources leadership experience, with a strong focus on employee engagement, culture, and development
- Proven ability to manage a variety of People Operations functions, from training to compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for influencing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Familiarity with fast-paced, innovative industries like SaaS or digital marketing is a plus
