GaN is now accepting resumes for a Program Control Analyst, we are looking for exceptionally talented people that excel in collaborative environments and can work directly with Program Managers, and other stake holders in program execution. You will have an opportunity to leverage and expand on your capabilities with the need to use a wide range of programmatic knowledge and expertise to fully execute the role. This position requires initiative, multi-tasking skills and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision on all assignments. Our Program Control Analyst should be able to work flexibly both independently and, in a team, where the need for extensive communication is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively with the program team and management to ensure that all cost proposals align with company goals and provide the customer with a competitive and compliant price proposal.
- Use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a high-pace and detail-oriented environment.
- Develop program spend plans, quantify data to be cost reasonable, effective, and realistic.
- Supports CDRL submission.
- Coordinates contract actions with subcontractors to ensure their proposals are consistent with the program requirements.
Requirements
- Requires bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-10 years of prior program control experience supporting budget development, CDRL preparation, and internal reporting.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel with a firm understanding of advanced formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience contracts with various vehicles, including but not limited to, EXPRESS, GSA OASIS, IAC MAC, RS3, etc.
- Maintains current knowledge of the industry and finance trends.
